In the early hours of Saturday morning, the semi-finals of the European Cup continued, with Portugal and France competing. Neither side made any progress in regular time, and the two teams still failed to change the score in extra time. In the end, France eliminated Portugal 5-3 in a penalty shootout.
At the start of the game, in the 16th minute, Bruno Fernandez missed the goal with a long shot. In the 21st minute, Diogo Hosnandez’s long shot from outside the penalty area was blocked by D. Costa . In the 108th minute, Franco Ganskao made a lob pass into the penalty area, and Zuo Felix headed the ball but missed the target. At the end of the extra time, the score on the field was still 0-0.
In the penalty shootout, France scored all five of their penalties, while Portugal's Joao Felice missed one. At the end of the game, France defeated Portugal 5-3 in the penalty shootout.
