Netherlands beats Turkey in comeback

In the early hours of Sunday morning, the last match of the UEFA Nations Cup semi-finals was played, with the Netherlands facing Turkey. In the first half, Samet Agitoin scored the first goal for Turkey, and in the second half, goals from Steven de Waal and Gaudi Gap helped the Netherlands overtake. In the end, the Netherlands defeated Turkey 2-1 and met England in the semi-finals.

 

At the start of the game, 6 minutes into the match, Niton Aki made a wonderful pass, Gaudi Gap had a great chance to shoot, but unfortunately the ball went wide. In the 29th minute, Hagen Chahanluk took a free kick, Abdulkalim Badakaji received the ball and shot high. In the 35th minute, Hagen Chahanluk took a tactical corner kick from the right, Aida Guna made a cross, and Samet Akiden headed the ball into the net, Turkey 1-0 Netherlands. At the end of the first half, Turkey temporarily led the Netherlands 1-0.

After the change of sides, the Netherlands launched a fierce attack, and Turkey was in a panic. In the 56th minute, Turkey counterattacked in the frontcourt and got a penalty kick. Aida Guna took the penalty and shot directly. The ball hit the post and bounced out of the bottom line. One minute later, the Netherlands intercepted in the frontcourt. Memphis Dibe took the ball and shot a long shot, but Walbezhi seized it steadily. In the 70th minute, the Netherlands took a tactical corner kick. Memphis Dibe made a cross from the right , and Steven Dibe headed the ball into the goal. The Netherlands tied Turkey 1-1. In the 76th minute, the Netherlands attacked from the right. Denzel Dufes made a cross. Gaudi Gap inserted from the back and caused Mete Muduya to score an own goal. The Netherlands overtook 2-1. Then Turkey continued to attack, and Mitch Van Diefen successfully protected the empty goal, making Turkey's successive attacks in vain. At the end of the game, the Netherlands reversed and defeated Turkey 2-1.
